摘要
随着光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感技术的飞速发展,基于FBG技术的加速度传感器成为了一个新的研究和发展的方向。理论分析了FBG加速度传感器的基本原理,重点介绍了基于FBG理论开发的加速度传感器探头结构的研究进展,分析了探头结构的传感机理及性能指标,指出了实际应用存在的关键技术问题,并对未来的发展进行了展望,为设计新型探头结构及探头的实用化提供了借鉴。
With the increasing development of sensing techniques based on optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG), FBG-based accelerometer becomes to be a hot research topic. In this paper, theoretical analysis on FBG sensing technique and the basic principles of accelerometers are introduced. Progresses on FBG-based accelerometers are introduced and the sensing mechanism and properties are analyzed. Furthermore, key techniques in practical applications are proposed. The future development trends are prospected.
