摘要
对零电流过渡 (ZCT)功率变换电路的基本拓扑结构进行了分析和讨论 ,简要地介绍了各个时间段的电路的工作情况 ,对主功率开关和辅助开关的开关条件进行了分析 ,指出了ZCT PWMBoost电路的优点及存在的不足。为弥补此电路存在的缺点 ,提出了改进的拓扑结构 ,对改进的电路拓扑进行了讨论 ,可以看到功率开关的开关条件得到了改善 。
The basic circuit topology of zero current transition PWM converter is discussed.The working states of every interval are introduced and the functioning conditions of main and second switches are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of ZCT?PWM boost circuit are pointed out and an improved one is proposed.The topology of the improved circuit is also discussed.The switch functioning condition is improved and the soft switching of power switches are realized.
