Structural design and analysis on the super heavy experiment factory with concreted-filled steel tubular structure for a wind power equipment analysis center

摘要 结合某工程实例,针对重型钢管混凝土结构厂房总体结构选型、节点形式、控制指标等进行了分析研究。下柱采用独特的四肢钢管混凝土结构,运用SAP2000和PKPM/STPJ软件对主刚架及构件进行计算对比,并对肩梁、梁柱弧形加腋连接等复杂节点进行了有限元分析,给出与简化计算的差别,为类似工程积累了设计经验。 Based on an engineering example,the structure type,joint type and control index for the super heavy concrete-filled steel tubular structure were analyzed.The lower column of the main frame is the concrete-filled steel tubular column with four limbs,and the main frame and its elements were analyzed and compared with SAP2000 and PKPM/STPJ.The finite element analysis was done for the complex joints,such as box-type shoulder beam of double web and the arcuate haunch beam-column joint,and the difference between the finite analysis and the simplified calculation was presented,thus it provides the experience for the similar engineering design.
