The rapid development of network technology not only causes a series of probletns and challenges to the moral education of minors, but al- so provides new opportunities and development space. The children library should effectively grasp the characteristics of the internet and intemet cul- ture, explore new ways for the internet moral education, promote moral education of minors while purifying and upgrading the network culture.
