摘要
高校图书馆员职业化建设进程中,主要矛盾是提高图书馆员的专业化服务水平,主要矛盾方面是图书馆员工作的专业化水平与读者信息需求满足方式和状况而形成的对图书馆员职业的认可度。加强图书馆员的专业化建设,对推进高校图书馆员职业化建设有着积极的促进和引领作用。
In the course of professional construction of librarians in colleges and universities, the main point is to improve the quality of specialized service; the principal contradiction is the professional approbation degree of librarians, cau^-〈l by the professional level of librarians＇ work and the ways to satisfy readerg information needs. To reinforce the specialization of librarians has a positive effect on promoting and leading the professional construc- tion of librarians in colleges and universities.
