Wy10美白与Beyond冷光美白活髓着色牙的疗效比较

Efficacy comparison between Wy10 and Beyond cold light in vital discolor tooth-whitening

目的评价Wy10美白法漂白活髓着色牙的疗效和安全性。方法用Wy10美白系统对30例患者393颗活髓着色牙进行漂白,对照组30例患者378颗活髓着色牙采用Beyond冷光美白法。利用Vita比色板色值测定法、计算机辅助分析法评价美白疗效,并通过牙髓敏感性比较问卷评估牙齿敏感情况。结果Wy10美白组与冷光美白组漂白有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组漂白治疗前、后牙面颜色的色差值差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但两组患者在术后即刻、术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月的牙髓敏感率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Wy10美白与冷光美白对活髓着色牙的漂白疗效无明显差异,但Wy10美白较冷光美白对牙髓的刺激性轻,临床应用安全性更好。

Objective To evaluate the tooth-whitening efficacy and safety of Wy10 whitening technology on vital discolor teeth.Methods 30 subjects with 393 vital discolor teeth participated in the study were selected as experimental group and received Wy10 whitening treatments.30 subjects with 378 vital discolor teeth participated in the study as control group and received beyond cold light whitening treatments.The change of tooth color was measured using Vita shade and computer-aided analysis system.The subject response was assessed using questionnaire.Results There was no statistical difference in significant efficiency and efficiency rate and color difference scores ΔE between two group（P0.05）.There was statistical difference in subject response at post-treatment and at one week,three and six months posttreatment.Conclusion The subject response using Wy10 tooth-whitening system is milder and the clinical application of Wy10 is advocated.
