海滨疗养因子结合运动对糖尿病患者血清MMP-9和TIMP-1的影响 被引量:1

Effect of seaside comprehensive convalescence factors combined with exercise therapy on MMP-9 and TIMP -1 of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的研究青岛海滨疗养因子结合运动疗法对糖尿病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)水平的影响。方法选择77例2型糖尿病患者给予青岛海滨疗养因子结合运动疗法6周,检测并比较此疗法治疗前后血糖、血清MMP-9和TIMP-1水平,并与40名健康对照组比较。结果糖尿病患者治疗前血清MMP-9水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);TIMP-1明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后患者血清MMP-9水平从(216.4±12.6)ng/ml降至(185.8±12.3)mg/ml(P<0.05),而血清TIMP-1水平从(193.8±20.1)ng/ml升至(211.5±17.4)ng/ml(P<0.05)。结论青岛疗养因子结合运动疗法不仅可以降低糖尿病患者血糖水平,还可通过抑制血管细胞外基质的降解、促进MMPs和TIMPs之间平衡,而有可能影响糖尿病血管病变的发生发展。 Objective To observe the effect of seaside comprehensive convalescence factors in Qingdao combined with exercise therapy on matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) of the patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus (2-DM). Methods The 77 patients with 2-DM were given with seaside comprehensive convalescence factors in Qingdao combined with exercise therapy for 6 weeks. The changes of serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 and fasting plasma glucosa level were tested before and after treatment respectively, which were compared with control group (40 cases). Results Before treatment, the level of MMP-9 and fasting plasma glucosa of the 2-DM group was higher than the control group (P〈0.05); the level of TIMP-1 was lower than the control groups. After treatment, MMP-9 level of the 2-DM patients was reduced from (216.4± 12.6) ng/ml to (185.8±2.3)mg/ml(P〈0.05). TIMP-1 level of the 2-DM patients was increased from (193.8±20.1)ng/ ml to (211.5±17.4) mg/ml (P〈0.05). Conclusion The seaside comprehensive convalescence in Qingdao combined with exercise therapy has an excellent effect on the patients with 2-DM, which can not only reduce the plasma glucose level but also depress vasculopathy development by inhibiting extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation and oromotin~, the balance between MMPs and TIMPs.
