摘要
采用标准陶瓷工艺,并进行湿压磁场成型和氧气氛烧结,制备了高取向度、低介电损耗的各向异性 Ba(ZnTi)xFe12-2xO19多晶六角铁氧体。随着x值增大,磁化强度减小,居里温度下降,磁晶各向异性常数减小。结果可以通过假设Zn2+取代了四面体 4f1次点阵位和六面体 2b次点阵位上的 Fe3+;Ti4+取代了自放向上的八面体 12k,2a次点阵位上的 Fe3+来解释。
Magnetic anisotropic Polycrystalline Ba(ZnTi)x.Fe12-2x.O19 hexaferrites have been prepared with high orientation degrees f and low dielectric loss tgδε by standard ceramic techniques with magnetic alignment of the grains c axes during wet pressing and in flowing oxygen sintering. When x increases, the saturation magnetization M,, the Curie temperature 7. and the anisotropy field H. of Ba(ZnTi).Fe12-2xO19. hexaferrites decrease. The results can be interpreted by assuming that Zn2+ ions replaces Fe3+ ions of the tetrahedral 4f1 sites and hexahedral 2b sites.Ti4+ ions replaces spin up re+ ious of octahedral sublattices 12k and 2a.
