摘要
介绍了一种用于测量的导电式测具。通过正确选定测量方式及对其误差的分析处理 ,可实现精确测量各种大型部件及不规则异型件的目的。还指出了此测具需用于高精度设备上。
The purpose of precisely measuring various of Large parts and irregular parts is realized by correcting selected measuring method and analyzing treatment of its error.The measuring tool used for high precise equipment is also pointed out.
