摘要 本文介绍了近些年来国内废旧铅酸蓄电池再生铅行业的发展现况,指出了现有的存在于再生铅回收工艺的问题,并着重介绍了国内的废旧铅酸蓄电池破碎分选生产线和国外的破碎分选生产线,通过对比分析了它们各自的优缺点。此外,本文也介绍了富氧底吹熔炼和低温连续熔炼两种再生铅冶炼工艺,为再生铅工艺中的铅冶炼部分提供了新的发展思路。 The present status of domestic lead-acid battery regenerated lead industry was introduced in this paper, as well as the problems existed in the recovery process in this field. The waste lead acid battery fragmentized separation production line, both in China and abroad, was also analyzed and the mechanical properties were emphatically discussed. In addition, two regenerated lead smelting technology, including the oxygen enrichment bottom blowing smelting and low temperature continuous melting, were presented. And these technologies can provide some development directions of the lead smelting process in regenerated lead recovery industry.
