摘要
应用变频调速技术、自动控制技术改造现有的游梁式抽油机 ,实现了抽油系统的智能化 .采用变频调速器 ,可编程控制器等控制设备 ,使抽油机冲次以及上下冲程速比达到无级调节 ,优化抽汲参数 ,并实现了抽空控制 .现场应用表明 ,使用智能化抽油系统可实现增产、节能 ,平均每口油井年增产原油 160t,平均节能 9.16%.
Applying variable frequency technique and automation control technique in intelligent oil pumping system improves the existing pumping unit. Using variable frequency equipment and program controller, we adjust stroke times per minute and ratio of up\|stroke velocity to velocity down\|strike velocity, work parameters and automation in the pumping unit. Applicatin of intelligent pumping oil system can increase production output and the power consumption is reduced. The efficiency of oil pumping system is improved. Production output per oil well every year increases by 160 t. Power consumption is reduced by 9.6%.
