摘要
目的:评价家庭内窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的可行性、疗效和不良反应。方法:培训患者掌握NB-UVB治疗白癜风的操作方法及技巧后,嘱患者在家自行照射白斑,并定期随访和评价疗效及不良反应。结果:有93例患者参加治疗且满1年时间,很多患者应用1月内即获得色素复原。93例中35例(37.6%)获得4级色素恢复,16例(17.2%)患者获得3级色素恢复,15例(16.1%)患者获得2级色素恢复,16例(17.2%)患者获得1级色素恢复,11例(11.8%)患者无任何色素恢复,所有患者均无严重不良反应。结论:家庭内NB-UVB治疗白癜风依从性高,疗效好,不良反应发生少。
Objective： To assess the feasibility, effectiveness and side- effects of home phototherapy in the treat- ment of patients with vitiligo. Methods： After trained, the patients were permitted to use a portable phototherapy de- vice for the treatment of vitiligo lesions at home. Regular follow - ups, assessment of responses to the treatment and side- effects were done. Results： A total of 93 patients were assessed. All patients received the therapy for at least 1 year and many patients displayed re - pit^nentation within 1 month. Out of these patients, the number of patients with excellent, good, moderate, poor and no response was 35, 16, 15, 16 and 11, respectively. The adverse ef- fects were minimal. Conclusion： Home- used NB- UVB therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo.
