紫皮石斛与铁皮石斛的鉴别研究

Pharmaceutical identification of Dendrobium devoninum Paxt. with Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo

目的:建立紫皮石斛与铁皮石斛新鲜药材及枫斗的鉴别方法。方法:分别采用显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别方法,研究紫皮石斛与铁皮石斛新鲜药材和枫斗的主要显微特征与薄层色谱特征差异。结果:紫皮石斛与铁皮石斛新鲜药材及枫斗的显微鉴别特征区别明显,不同产地紫皮石斛的薄层色谱特征同铁皮石斛也存在显著区别。结论:显微鉴别与薄层鉴别方法操作简单、专属性强,可以用于紫皮石斛和铁皮石斛新鲜药材及枫斗的鉴别。

Objective： To establish an effective method to identify Dendrobium devoninum Paxt. with Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. Methods： Microscopic observation and thin layer chromatography analysis were conducted to study the TLC and microscopic difference of them. Results： Significant difference both in microscopic and TLC analysis were observed between Dendrobium devoninum Paxt. with different origin and Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. Conclusion： The microscopic and TLC identification methods established in this study are simple and effective in the identification of Dendrobium devoninum Paxt with Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.
