摘要
茶叶生产是一种劳动强度大、耗工多、成本高、季节性强、质量要求高的工作。茶叶毛茶的生产过程是茶叶由鲜叶转变成市场销售产品的重要步骤。本文抛开茶叶生产成本的鲜叶前期投入以及毛茶后期精加工过程中的成本,对常规信阳毛尖和信阳红茶毛茶加工程序作了论述,同时对各个加工工艺中的生产成本作了计算。
The production of tea is a work of large labor intensity, many consumption, high cost and high quality re- quirements. The MaoCha production process is an important step of tea from fresh leaves to a market sale product. This paper puts aside the production cost of tea leaf upfront input and the cost in the process of MaoCha late finish machining, discusses the processing program of Xingyang maojian tea and Xinyang black tea , and calculated the production cost of each processing technology.
