摘要
隐性知识是医院知识的主体,是医院科技创新的原动力,是医院保持核心竞争力的关键。简要回顾了医院隐性知识基础理论研究的历程,归纳了医院隐性知识管理研究的现状,并分析总结了当前我国医院隐形知识研究的特点。
Invisible knowledge is the principal part of knowledge in hospitals and the key for hospitals to keep their core competitive power. In this paper, studies on the basic theories of invisible knowledge in hospitals are reviewed, the current situation of studies on invisible knowledge management in hospitals was described, and the characteristics of studies on invisible knowledge management in hospitals were analyzed.
