摘要
本科生导师制(以下简称本导制)是我国高等院校人才培养改革的重点之一,是培养多规格人才、个性化人才和创新型人才的重要教育模式。从我国各高校的施行现状,总结出本导制存在定位模糊、指导失效、生师比例过大、运行机制及励机制缺失等几方面问题。从本导制的施行现状和存在问题出发,最后对完善、改革本导制的有效措施进行积极的探索和思考。
Tutorial system is one of the highlights in Chlna" s talents cultlva^Ion r^ivlm program of higher education and an important education model which focuses on multi-standard qualified, individual and creative talents building. Based on the enforcement of tutorial system in universities and colleges around the country, the authors point out the existing problems of the system, such as obscure identification, ineffective guidance, disproportion between students and tutors and deficiency in operation and awarding. Significantly, considering the existing situations, it endeavors to seek effective measures for modification and improvement.
