运动疗法对围绝经期妇女综合征及生活质量的影响

Effect of kinesitherapy on perimenopausal syndrome and quality of life in perimenopausal women

目的:观察运动疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的康复效果及对生活质量的影响,寻找提高围绝经妇女健康水平的有效途径。方法:用Kupperma评分法量表和SF-36生命质量量表对唐山市文化路社区围绝经期妇女进行筛查,选取Kupperman评分≥16分的患者113例;按数字排序随机分对照组58例,运动疗法组55例,训练5个月后对两组患者用Kupperma量表评价症状,SF-36量表评价生活质量。结果:5个月后,训练组组间比较在潮热出汗、失眠、焦躁、忧虑、头晕、疲倦乏力、肌肉关节痛、胸闷心悸有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较在潮热出汗、失眠、焦躁、忧虑、肌肉关节痛、胸闷心悸改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SF-36生命质量量表在躯体功能(PF)、躯体角色(RP)、生命力(VT)、总健康(GH)得分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法气功操可以改善围绝经期妇女的躯体症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To observe the effect of kinesitherapy on rehabilitation of perimenopausal syndrome and quality of life in perimenopausal women, and find effective ways to improve health level of perimenopausal women. Methods： Kupperman scale and SF - 36 life quality table were used to screen perimenopausal women from Culture Road community of Tangshan city, 113 patients with Kupperman score/〉 16 were selected and divided into control group （58 patients） and kinesitherapy group （55 patients） according to random number ta- ble; at five months after, Kupperman scale was used to evaluate symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome, and SF -36 life quality table was used to evaluate quality of life. Results： At five month after, the symptoms of perimenopausal in kinesitherapy group were improved signifi- cantly, including hot flash, sweating, insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, chest distress and palpitation （P 〈 O. 05 ） , compared with control group, there were statistically significant differences in hot flash, sweating, insomnia, anxiety, depression, muscle and joint pain, chest distress, and palpitation （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . SF - 36 life quality table showed that the scores of phy^eal function （PF）, role physical （RP）, vitality （VT）, and general health （GH） in perimenopausal women in kinesitherapy group were improved signif- icantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Kinesitherapy can improve physical symptoms of perimenopausal women and their quality of life.
