摘要
针对活性黑KN-B提升力差以及乌黑度不理想等缺点,以对位酯、H酸与2,2'-二氨基乙二醇二苯醚为原料,合成了多偶氮基藏青色活性染料A。合成优化工艺为:对位酯重氮化过程中,无机酸、NaNO2与对位酯的摩尔比分别为1∶1和1.05∶1、温度0~5℃;酸性偶合时,H酸与对位酯的摩尔比为0.96∶1。将染料A分别与活性染料KN-B、橙DN-EC、红DN-EC进行复配,得到染深性好的黑色拼混染料。与活性黑KN-B相比,其乌黑度明显提高,色牢度相近。
Due to the poor build up property and blackness of reactive blue KN-B, a reactive navy-blue polyazo dye A is synthe- sized with para-ester, H acid and 2,2'-(ethylenedioxy) dianiline as raw materials. The optimum process is as follows: diazoti- zation of para-ester at 0 -5 ℃ with molar ratio of inorganic acid/para-ester and NaNO2/para-ester of 1 : 1 and 1.05: 1 respec- tively, and acidic coupling with molar ratio of H acid/para-ester of 0. 96: 1. The combination of dye A with reactive KN-B, or- ange DN-EC and red DN-EC respectively can obtain good build up property. Compared with reactive black KN-B, the mixed dyes feature better blackness and the same color fastness.
