Economy, politics and culture are the exogenous factors of financial environments. These elements compose the external financial environment of commercial banksj small and micro-business loans, This paper is an empirical study of the relationship between the work performance model of micro-loan account managers and relevant variables in external financial environment. Through complex conductions, a part of these relevant variables works in complete mediation of single path, and the other part of these variables happens in partial mediation of double-loop. This empirical research is a very important reference for policymakers to promote the healthy development of small and micro-business, cultivate the inner drive of small business and optimize the financial environment.
