摘要 为了探究阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对煤泥水的絮凝性能,选取特性粘数不同的3种CPAM分别对张集和新庄孜选煤厂的煤泥水进行了絮凝试验。研究了特性粘数、药剂用量、煤泥水性质以及煤泥水pH值对CPAM絮凝效果的影响,并将CPAM与工业阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,CPAM在特性粘数为634ml/g和pH值为5时絮凝效果最佳,最佳药剂用量为10g/m3,CPAM对处理粒度细和灰分高的难处理煤泥水效果更为显著,优于工业阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺。 To study the slime water flocculating performance of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), the tests have been conducted in Zhangji and Xinzhuangzi coal preparation plant, which selecting three kinds of CPAM with different intrinsic viscosity number. The influence of intrinsic viscosity number, the amount of reagent, property of coal slime water and pH on the flocculating effect were studied, and CPAM were also contrasted with industrial anionic polyac- rylamide. The experimental result showed that the good flocculating performance is when intrinsic viscosity number of CPAM was 634 ml/g, pH of slime water was 5, and the optimum amount of reagent was 10 g/m^3. Flocculating effect of CPAM on slime water is better than that of industrial anionic polyacrylamide, especially for the difficult setting slime water which is rich in fine and high ash fraction.
