On the Measures Improving the Development of Foreign Enterprise in Guiyang City

近年来,贵阳市实际利用外资增长迅速,但也存在新批外资项目数下降明显,合同利用外资增量下降的问题。为防止出现外资下滑的局面,以下几个问题需要引起重视:服务意识有待加强,专业机构、专业人才不足,建设用地供需矛盾突出,外资高科技企业、研发团队不多。针对实际问题,文章进行了分析和探讨,并提出相应的对策建议,供市有关部门决策参考。

The actual utilization of foreign investment in Guiyang city is growing rapidly in recent years, but the number of the new approved foreign investment projects is declining sharply, together with the contract utilization of foreign investment. To prevent the declination of foreign investment, attention should be paid to service awareness, professional institution, the shortage of talents; the contradiction between supply and demand for construction land, inadequate high - tech foreign enterprise and researeh team. The paper presents analysis and discussion in view of the existing problems and proposes some measures for the decision makers of the city＇s departments concerned.
