个性化纤维桩的制作方法与其应用要点 被引量:1

摘要 牙体组织因龋病、创伤或根管治疗引起的过度丧失常常导致余留牙体组织不能保证最终修复体的固位力,因此,使用桩核系统辅助最终修复体固位成为目前临床广泛采用的治疗方案。在临床上常见的桩核材料主要包括金属材料、瓷系统和纤维复合树脂材料。其中,由纤维复合树脂材料制造的纤维桩修复体具有透光性和良好的生物相容性,不影响核磁共振检查,其弹性模量最接近牙本质,通过其传递作用于修复体的力可以避免应力集中于修复体界面,修复后不可再修复性根折的发生率较其他材料低。因此,在国内.纤维复合树脂材料在临床上应用得越来越广泛。
