摘要
利用高效沉淀池,对污水厂二级出水进行了深度处理实验,考察了不同污泥回流比对SS,TP和COD的去除效果及污泥的沉降特性,同时对最优工况进行了运行分析。实验结果表明:不同污泥回流比对污染物的去除和污泥沉降性有影响作用,当回流比为50%时,出水SS,TP,COD质量浓度分别为10,0.48,49 mg/L,出水满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准,且污泥的沉降性能良好。高密度沉淀池对悬浮颗粒的去除效果明显,可有效去除3μm以上粒径的悬浮物,完全去除12μm以上粒径的颗粒。实验表明高密度沉淀池对污水中SS,TP,COD有的处理效果,最优工况的实验参数能为市政污水处理厂高密度沉淀池的运行提供借鉴。
An advanced treatment experiment was made on secondary effluent of the municipal wastewater treatment plant by utilizing densadeg. Removal efficiency of SS, TP and COD under different sludge reflux ratio and characteristics of sludge settling were studied. Experimental results showed that different sludge reflux ratio plays an influential role in contaminant removal and sludge settling. When the reflux ratio was 50%, the effluent SS, TP and COD were 10 mg/L,0.48 mg/L and 49 mg/L, respectively. Effluent water satisfied standard of Class One level A (GB18918--2002), and settling performance of the sludge was good. The removal effect of suspended particles by using densadeg was obvious, suspended substances whose particle diameters were more than 3μm could be removed effectively; those whose particle diameters were more than 12μm could be completely removed.
