摘要
车用永磁同步电动机要求具有较高的转矩密度和功率密度,同时对电机的转矩脉动提出了一定的限制。工程上常用定子斜槽的方式削弱转矩脉动,但是会造成转矩损失。通过改变转子结构抑制转矩脉动非常必要。提出一种三角形的转子永磁体排列形式,分析了该种结构的原理及其对电机转矩脉动的抑制作用。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor used in vehicles has high torque density and power density, and it puts forward certain restriction for torque ripple. Common method used to weaken the torque ripple in engineering was stator skew which produced torque loss. Changing the rotor structure was necessary to reduce the torque ripple. A kind of triangle rotor structure was presented and the theory of its inhibition effect to torque ripple was analyzed .
