高档牛沙发革少盐浸酸——铬鞣液循环使用工艺技术 被引量:3

摘要 利用铬鞣废液进行直接循环使用,探索出一种新型的无浴加盐并利用废液浸酸进行循环鞣制的清洁化工艺,其特点在于浸酸过程中盐在转鼓内无浴时加入,铬鞣废液全部回收酸化后直接用作浸酸液进行循环使用达10次以上,可用于高档牛沙发革的鞣制,无需对铬鞣废液进行沉淀等处理,使铬资源的封闭式无排放利用,大量节约食盐、硫酸、铬粉以及水资源,有效降低废水重金属排放,节约企业治污以及生产成本,而且所生产的皮革与常规铬鞣皮革质量一致,收缩温度达100℃以上,革身粒面细致、手感柔软、丰满、有弹性、染色均匀,并且不影响染料的渗透与结合。 The chrome - tanning liquors were used for recycling directly and a novel clean article about recycling tanning technology with waste chrome tanning liquors was explored. Its characteristic was that salt were put into the dram without bath during pickling and chrome tanning liquor was recycled and used as pickling liquor directly for recycling after acidizing. This process can be used in tanning of high -grade cow sofa leather without precipitation of the chrome tanning liquor,ensuring chromium resource used in enclosed type and without emissions while it can save a lot of salt ,acid,chrome,water and reduce the discharge of heavy metals in waste water. Therefore,the enterprise cost of waste treatment and production are reduced. The qualities of resultant leather tanned b) new technology and common methods are almost the same. The shrinkage temperature is above 100℃. The resultant leather grain i., delicate, soft ,plump ,elastic ,dyeing uniformity ,and would not affect the penetration and combination.
