扁柑种质资源的SCoT分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用SCoT分子标记技术对广西地方柑橘26份种质材料进行遗传多样性研究。结果显示:9条引物共扩增出65条DNA片段,其中43条具有多态性,占66%。用UPGMA软件进行聚类分析,26份柑橘资源的遗传系数在0.70~1.00,说明SCoT标记能够有效揭示柑橘材料间的遗传多样性,为扁柑种质亲缘关系的鉴别和分类提供理论依据。 SCoT markers were used to study genetic diversity and relationship of Guangxi Citrus. Nine SCoT primer pairs were used to analyze 26 samples. 76 markers were generated, of which 66% were polymorphic. The genetic similarity ranged from 0.70 to 1.00. The results showed that scot analysis could reveal genetic diversity among the accessions to provide a theoretical foundation for the identification and clas- sification of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. Bian Gan.
