摘要
建立了甘蔗上杀虫双残留的简便检测方法,并对其消解动态进行了研究。研究表明甘蔗中杀虫双经转化为沙蚕毒素,三氯甲烷萃取,FPD-GC检测,外标法定量,在浓度为0.05~0.50 mg/kg的添加范围内,杀虫双在甘蔗上的平均回收率为102.52%~103.89%,相对标准偏差为1.89%~9.95%。甘蔗中杀虫双的消解趋势符合方程Ct=C0e-kt,消解半衰期为14.61~14.89 d,属难降解农药。
Detection method of bisultap in sugarcane were established and the degradation dynamics was studied. The results showed that bisultap in sugarcane was transformed into nereistuxin and extracted by triehloromethane, then determined by FPD-GC and quantified by ex-ternal standard. When additional amount ranged from 0.05 to 0.5 mg/kg, the average recovery rate and the relative standard deviation of bisultap in sugarcane were 102.52 % - 103.89 %, and 1.89 %-9.95 %, respectively. The degradation dynamics of bisuhap in sugar-cane tallies was accord with the equation Ct = Co e^ -kt, and the half life of degradation was 11.61 - 11.89 d.
