摘要
2007年,从12个元宝枫优良无性系上采穗,在晋宁县嫁接苗木2 400株,设5次重复,随机区组排列,对其嫁接成活率及苗木的株高、基径、生长节数的年生长节律进行了调查与分析,结果表明,引种的12个无性系苗木中,92号嫁接成活率最高,为94%,88号最低,为62.5%。嫁接成活率在无性系内部变异不大,在无性系间达到了极显著差异。嫁接苗木的高生长高峰期为5~6月,基径的生长高峰期集中在5~7月,7月后生长速度变慢;生长节数每间隔1个月增长1次,5月增长量最大,其后逐渐减少;利用苗高、基径、生长节数平均数进行Logistic方程拟合,拟合效果均达到了显著水平。
Investigation and analysis on the graft survival rate of Acer truncatum plus trees and plant height, basal diameter, node numbers was made during 2007. The result showed that: the graft survival rate of No. 92 was the highest (94 % ), and No. 88 was the lowest (62. 5 % ). The differences among the 12 clones were extremely sig- nificant. Plant height of grafted clones growth concentrated on the May - June, and basal diameter growth concen- trated on the May - July, after July which became slow]y. The node numbers growth once every two months, the largest in May, then gradually reduced. At the same time the fitting effect with Logistic equation was significance.
