摘要
采用靶线法和单幅放大彩色摄影法分别测试了推进剂的燃速和火焰结构,研究了黑索今(RDX)、奥克托金(HMX)和高氯酸铵(AP)等高能填料的种类、粒度及其复配对星型聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(S-GAP)推进剂燃速、压强指数和火焰结构的影响。结果表明,以AP为填料的S-GAP推进剂的燃烧剧烈程度明显强于RDX和HMX基推进剂,AP基S-GAP推进剂的燃速明显高于RDX和HMX基GAP推进剂,尤其是细粒度AP可大幅度提高S-GAP推进剂的燃速;RDX或HMX与AP复配后,在一定程度上可降低S-GAP推进剂2~20MPa压强的压强指数。
Influences of the granularity of RDX, HMX and AP and their mixtures on the burning rate, pressure ex- ponent and flame structure of the Stellate GAP (S-GAP) based propellant were experimentally studied by the determination of burning rate and analysis of flame structure. Results show that the combustion of S-GAP based propellant with AP is obviously more intense than the propellants with RDX or HMX. Thus, the burning rates of S-GAP based propellant with AP, especially AP with small granularity, are obviously higher than those of the propellants with RDX or HMX. The pressure exponent of S-GAP based propellant at 2--20 MPa can be decreased by the mixtures of RDX or HMX with AP in a certain extent.
