丙戊酸钠引起高血氨性脑病1例 被引量：3

摘要 患者,男,42岁,农民,已婚。因＂忧愁、自卑与兴奋话多、吹嘘交替发作12年,再度兴奋话多、吹嘘8 d＂于2010年8月9日入院治疗。患者于1998年9月生气后出现失眠,忧愁,少语、少动,发病2个月后在当地医院取药（具体药物、剂量不详）治疗20 d,病情缓解。患者未坚持服药,病情时有波动,时表现少语、忧愁,时表现兴奋话多、吹嘘,未予治疗,
