摘要
根据板材折弯试验时的基本参数,分析其动力与运动情况,设计相应的液压缸并计算相应的流量与功率。在此基础上拟定液压系统原理图,根据三位四通电液换向阀的控制特点以及与液压泵的运行特点,设计出电气控制电路,以满足板材的弯曲性能测试要求。
Based on the basic parameters of plate bending test, the hydraulic cylinder of a hydraulic bending machine was designed, the corresponding flow and power were calculated, and the hydraulic system diagram was drawn. According to the working characteristics of electro-hydraulic change-over valve and hydraulic pump, the electric control circuit was designed, to meet the requirement of plate bending performance test.
