前列腺根治性切除术后勃起功能障碍的防治进展 被引量：1

摘要 前列腺根治性切除术(radical prostatectomy,RP)是治疗局限性前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)的首选方案,其肿瘤学疗效令人满意,但勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)是严重影响患者生存质量的常见的术后并发症。对于合理选择的患者,术中保留血管神经束(neurovascular bundle,NVB)等结构可起到良好的预防作用。目前的治疗方案有:口服5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂、阴茎海绵体内注射及尿道内使用前列腺素E1、自体神经移植、负压勃起装置、阴茎假体、心理治疗等,还包括近年来已在动物模型上取得了初步成果的基因治疗。综述近年来文献,对RP术后ED(post prostatectomy erectile dysfunction,PPED)的防治进展作一综述。
