鱼类免疫球蛋白的分子生物学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前已对多种鱼类免疫球蛋白 (IgM)基因序列进行了研究 ,发现鱼类IgM重链可变区基因具有较高的保守性 ;而其恒定区基因在进化上变化较快 ,其同源性差异较大 ,比可变区有较少的保守性 .此结果与化石提供的证据基本一致 .另外 ,硬骨鱼IgM的基因重组机制与哺乳类相似 ,软骨鱼则有所不同 . The immunoglobulin M(IgM)gene of fishes was studied at present.The IgM heavy chain variable region gene is more conservative,but the evolution of immunoglobulin heavy chain constant gene is faster and it is less conservative than IgM V H gene.The results are identical to proof of fossil,moreover,the mechanism of genic reassociation is similar to mammal's,bony fish has less different.
