黄豆对昆明小鼠生长繁殖性能的作用

Effects of Soybean on Growth and Reproduction Performance in KM mice

了解黄豆对昆明小鼠生长繁殖性能的影响,为提高昆明小鼠生长繁殖性能提供依据。采用雌性昆明小鼠80只,分成4组,每组20只,雌性鼠与雄性鼠合笼交配7d后取出雄性鼠,分别记录黄豆1组、黄豆2组、黄豆3组和空白组雌性昆明小鼠的孕期、分娩母鼠数、产子窝重、产子数、哺乳仔鼠1周龄个数及窝重、哺乳仔鼠2周龄个数及窝重、哺乳仔鼠3周龄个数及窝重,其中黄豆1组～3组合笼后每笼每周两次分别饲喂黄豆4、8、16g。结果发现,黄豆1组～3组分别与空白组在离乳数指标上存在显著性差异,黄豆3组与空白组在1周龄～2周龄体重指标上存在显著性差异,其他指标在黄豆组间均没有显著性差异。表明在昆明小鼠生产繁殖过程中,每笼每周2次各饲喂4g黄豆可提高仔鼠的离乳数。

In order to attain the effects of feeding soybean on growth and reproduction performances in KM mice and can provide experimental evidence for improving the growth and reproductive trait in KM mice,80 female KM mice were divided into the first group of soybean,the second group of Soybean,the third group of soybean and Blank group.The male mice were separated when they mated for 7 days.The mice in first group,second group and third group were feed 4 g,8 g and 16 g soybean twice a week,respectively.Pregnancy,number of delivery,weight at birth,litter size,weight at 7-day,14-day and 21-day of the female mice were recorded.The result showed that the number of weaning was significant difference between 3 experimental groups and blank group.The weights at 7-day and 14-day were significant difference between the third group and blank group.The other indexes among experimental groups had no significant differences.The result showed that the number of weaning can be improved when the mice were feed 4 g soybean twice a week.
