职业化考核标准在高职实践教学考核中的应用

The Application of Occupational Check Criterion in Higher Vocational Practical Teaching Evaluation

为了让高职院校毕业的学生能更快、更好地融入企业,为了指引学生学习方向和目标,在高职院校的实践教学工作中,需进行考核方法改革,将职业化的考核标准纳入到教学考核体系中来。通过对当前实践教学考核方法的分析,以机电设备维修管理岗位为示例,设计一套将职业化考核标准纳入到高职实践教学评价体系中的考核方案。

In order to make the higher vocational colleges＇ graduates integrate in the enterprise faster and better, so as to guide the direction and goal of students＇ study, it should reform on the check methods in the practical teaching of higher vocational colleges. The occupational check criterion is taken to the system of teaching check. Through analyzing the check methods of practical teaching at present, taking the management post of electromechanical appliance repair as an example, it designs an occupational check criterion which is adopted to the check scheme in the check system of higher vocational practical teaching.
