京津冀晋蒙生态一体化互动发展模式研究

On Interactive Development Model of the Ecological Integration of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanxi and Inner Mongolia

生态一体化建设是区域经济社会一体化的重要内容和关键环节,只有在此基础上进行规划设计,才有望解决晋冀蒙生态功能区定位与脱贫致富之间的矛盾,形成京津冀晋蒙生态治理与经济建设良性互动发展新格局。通过对京津冀晋蒙区域一体化进程中生态困局的反思,从多个层面探讨了京津冀晋蒙生态一体化互动发展模式的创新路径。

Ecological integration is an important field and a key link for regionally economic and social integration. 0nly on the basis of this, can the contradiction between positioning Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia as functional ecological zones and casting off poverty to get rich be solved and can the new and benign interactive nexus between ecological development and economic development of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia be formed. From the ecological perspective, this paper analyzes the ecological dilemma of inte- gration of regional economy of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia, discusses the innovation path and puts forward some beneficial references for promoting coordinated development of regional economy and ecological integration.
