Basing on analysing the printing principle of printer and the file format of TIFF image in detail and according to the image processing techniques,we develope a image printing system with Microsoft C/C++7.0 language and a single color pins printer ,which can print a binary,256 levels gray or colors TIFF image and can be used as a important tool to program a multi_medium software .
