摘要 使用非接触式位置传感器芯片MLX90360与Freescale MC9S08DZ60单片机,研制出测量精准、成本低廉,具有较高智能化的非接触式转角传感器;给出了汽车方向盘转角传感器的具体设计方案,包括传感器的机械结构、硬件电路设计以及软件程序设计;给出了转角传感器零点的设置方法及方向盘绝对转角的计算方法;最后与博世公司生产的转角传感器进行对比试验,试验结果表明,该传感器能够准确测量出汽车方向盘的转角,可以为EPS系统和ESP系统提供精确的方向盘位置信号。 A non-contact angle sensor with measurement precision, low cost and higher intelligence was developed based on non-contact position sensor chip MLX90360 and Freeseale MCU MC9S08DZ60. The specific design of the steering wheel angle sensor was given,including the sensor's mechanical structure, the design of hardware circuit and software program. The zero setting method of the angle sensor and calculation method of the absolute angle of the steering wheel were presented. Comparing with the angle sensor produced by Bosch, the test result shows the sensor can accurately measure the rotation angle of the steering wheel, and can provide accurate steering wheel position signal for the EPS system and the ESP system.
