摘要
将7wt%NaOH/12wt%尿素水溶液预冷至-12℃,加入棉短绒可迅速溶解得透明纤维素溶液,用直接大红4BS和直接湖兰5B对再生纤维素溶液进行原液着色,制备彩色再生纤维素膜并研究其着色效果。通过UV-Vis光谱分析,K/S值、Lab、三刺激值及水洗脱色率测试,结果表明该方法制得的有色再生纤维素膜色泽均匀,水洗牢度好且不需要固色剂固色,可解决直接染料染色牢度较差的问题。
A transparent cellulose solution could be obtained when cotton linter was added to a 7wt%NaOH/12wt% urea aqueous solvent which was precooled to -12~C. Then spun-dyed the cellulose solution with Direct Red 4BS and Direct Blue 5B, colored regenerated cellulose fiber membrane could obtained. After UV-Vis spectral analysis, K/S value, Lab Value, tristimulus value, and washing decoloration value testing, the results strongly suggest that the colored regenerated cellulose fiber membrane with this method can have a uniform color, excellent washfastness without fixation and environment friendly.
