摘要
胎膜早破是威胁母婴健康的常见并发症,可引起早产,使新生儿的发病率和死亡率增加。胎膜破裂后,可引起羊膜腔感染、围生期感染、败血症和新生儿窒息等。研究发现基质金属蛋白酶在胎膜早破的胎膜中增加,基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是能降解细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)中所有蛋白成分的内源性酶,引起胎膜结构的弱化,导致胎膜早破的发生。
Premature rupture of membranes is a common complication of threaten to the health of both the mother and the baby, which can cause premature birth, neonatal morbidity and mortality. Rupture of membranes can cause intraarnniotic infection, perinatal infections, sepsis, and neonatal asphyxia. The study found that matrix metalloproteinase increase in the premature rupture of membranes, matrix metalloproteinase is able to degrade the endogenous enzymes of all proteins of the extracellular matrix component, weakening the membranes structure, leading to the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes.
