摘要
本试验采用RRLC-Q-TOF-MS对非法添加11种PDE5抑制剂进行定性和定量检验。化合物准分子离子峰的保留时间、一级质谱和二级质谱定性;一级质谱准分子离子峰面积定量。本方法定性准确,干扰少,而且可对同分异构体进行区分。定量结果线性关系良好,11种PDE5抑制剂线性相关系数(r)均在0.99以上。样品中检出他达拉非10.6mg/粒。
The purpose of this study is to develop a qualitative and quantitative analysis method of illegally added 11 PDE.5 inhibitors in healthy foods by RRLC-Q-TOF-MS. The qualitative analysis is based on the retention time,ms spectrometer and ms/ms spectrometer. The quantitative analysis is base on the quasi-molecular ion peak areas of 11 PDE5 inhibitors. This method is accurate, less interference, and the isomers can be distinguished with this method. The linear relationship between the quantitative results was well, and the related coetficients are all above 0.99. The sample was detected illegally added tadalafil 10.6mg per capsule.
