摘要
经济全球化的发展促使社会需要大量的经管类国际化应用型人才。文章以胜任力模型的知识、技能、社会角色、自我概念、人格特性以及动机需要六个方面为依据,对经管类国际化应用型人才的素质结构进行了剖析,并提出了观测是否具有这些素质的行为指标。最后结合胜任力模型的内涵,对培养经管类国际化应用型人才提出了诸如注重学生外语运用能力的培养、构建经管类国际化课程体系、完善以市场为导向的人才培养机制以及国际互认的职业资格制度等若干建议。
There is a great demand for international application-oriented talents majoring in economics and management with the development of economic globalization. Based on the competency model including knowl- edge, skills, social roles, self concept, personality characteristics and motivation, the paper analyzed the quality structure of international application-oriented talents majoring in economics and management, and pro- posed the behavioral indicators of these qualities. Finally, combining with the connotation of the competency model, it also put forward some suggestions for cultivating international application-oriented talents majoring in economics and management, for example, paying attention to raising the students' ability of using foreign lan- guages, building up the international curriculum of economics and management major, perfecting the market- oriented talent training, and improving the international mutual recognition system of professional etc. qualification,etc.
