摘要
为提高络纱筒子的质量,提高后序加工的生产效率,介绍了一种适用于现代新型精密络筒机的纱线卷装技术———分级精密卷绕。文中对分级精密卷绕工艺的参数进行理论计算及对单锭控制系统进行了总体设计。加工后的筒子在理论上具有卷装密度均匀,无重叠现象,退绕性能良好的特点。该卷绕方式集随机卷绕与精密卷绕的优点于一身,配合使用伺服电机做导丝机构代替槽筒的新型精密络筒机的卷装最大直径可达250mm,导丝速度650次/min,络纱速度可达1 000m/min。成品具有较高的市场价值和潜力。
In order to improve the quality of winding cone and production efficiency of follow- up processing, this paper introduces a kind of yarn winding technology suitable for modern new-type precision winding machine-graduated precision winding technology. This paper carries out theoretical calculation of parameters of graduated precision winding technology and implements overall design of single spindle control system. In theory, the cone processed has the characteristics of even package density, no overlapping and good backing-off performance. This winding technology integrates advantages of both random winding and precision winding. The maximum package diameter of new-type precision winding machine which adopts servo motor as thread-guiding mechanism instead of groove drum can reach 250 mm. Besides, the thread-guiding is 650 per minute; the winding speed can reach 1 000m/ rain. The finished product has high market value and oc^ten^i~l
