摘要
确定旋流器操作参数与结构参数的关系以及建立操作参数的数学模型对改善其分离性能是至关重要的。底流分率能够准确体现其分离效率与分离效果。通过准确的试验数据在较大尺寸范围内研究其操作性能,重点考察了各种结构尺寸、流量、压力降对底流分率的影响;拟合确立了旋流器底流分率的最终数学模型,为旋流器的设计、数值模拟提供了准确而可靠的试验依据。
For improving the separation performance of the cyclones, it is essential to determine their relationship between the operating parameters and the structural parameters and establish the mathematical model. The undertlow ratio can accurately re- flect the separation efficiency and effect. In wide range, study its operating performance through accurate experimental data, em- phasis on the effects of the various sizes of the structures, flow, pressure drop for underflow ratio. Then establish a final mathe- matical model of the underflow ratio through fitting. Provide accurate and reliable experimental basis for the cyclones design and numerical simulation.
