Development of the Referee Team in Jiangsu Province:Present Situation and Countermeasures

在江苏省2015年实现体育强省的目标导向下,体育裁判员作为体育人才队伍的重要组成部分。借助南京市承办第二届青奥会的契机,对江苏省体育裁判员的发展现状进行详细的研究,找出江苏省体育裁判员发展存在的问题与不足,并提出相应解决对策,意在促进江苏省体育裁判员人才队伍发展,加快江苏体育强省建设的步伐。

The Province of Jiangsu is striving for the goal of becoming a strong sports province by 2015, and as an important component of sporting talents, referees will un- doubtedly play big part. With Nanjing Youth Olympic Games just around the comer, this project made a timely study on the current situation of referee team development in Jiangsu, intending to find out problems and solutions. Our objective was to promote the development of the refer- ee team and accelerate the construction of the strong sports province.
