摘要
阐述了Pro/E自顶向下设计的优点和实现方法,并利用该方法实现户式风管机的整体结构设计。从户式风管机总体设计布局和结构层次入手,建立各级系统的控制关系,确定主要零部件的设计参数,创建骨架模型进行参数传递,完成零部件结构设计,并以骨架模型为参照,实现零部件装配和整体结构控制。采用Pro/E自顶向下设计方法,提高了设计效率和设计准确性,并为模型控制和变形设计提供了方便。
This paper represents the advantage of Pro/E top-down design and how to apply it to the structural design of the air-handler by following steps: 1) establish the control relationship between systems of each level in accordance with the overall layout and structural layers of the air-handler, 2) determine the design parameters for main parts, 3) build the skeleton model to be taken as the basis of parameter passing and model control, 4) design the structure of parts and components, and complete the assembly as per the skeleton model. As is proved by the rule of thumb, Pro/E top-down design can improve the design efficiency and accuracy and also facilitate model control and reshaping.
