摘要
DL 2 氨基 4 磺酸基 丁酸分子是一种重要的神经传导兴奋性游离氨基酸 ,本文利用红外光谱、拉曼光谱对其在溶液中的结构进行了分析讨论 ,结果表明DLH在重水溶液中发生了解离 ,原来固体分子中的氢键被水分子破坏 ,重新组合排列形成了新的氢键体系 ,而且分子的骨架构型也发生了改变。
DL-Homocysteic acid (DLH) is an important fre e amino acid in central nervous system of human body.In this paper the structure o f DLH in D 2O solution was discussed.The FTIR and FT-Raman spectra of DLH,whic h were obained by Nicolet Magna-IR 750Ⅱ FTIR spectrometer and 950 FT-Raman sp ectrometer,were compared between its solid state and its D 2O solution.The resu lts indicated that the H-bonding structure of DLH in solid state was rearranged in D 2O solution.The appearance of 1 620 and 1 408 cm- -1 suggests the p artly ionization of —COOH.From above,we can conclude that a new H-bonding stru cture of DLH was formed in D 2O solution.The H-bond of C—O…H—N was repl aced by C—O…D—O,and the H-bonds of —NH-+ 3 and —SO-- 3 were a lso varied by D 2O molecular.Furthermore,the peak shift and the intensity chang es of —CH 2 in FTIR and FT-Raman spectra were also proved that the skeleto n structure of DLH was changed in D 2O solution.In addition,this new structure did not alter with the change of concentration of DLH.
