杀菌止痒洗剂的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC fingerprint of Shajunzhiyang lotion

目的:建立杀菌止痒洗剂的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Comatex C18-AA(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.04%三乙胺缓冲液(磷酸调pH至6.5)梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)》计算相似度。结果:根据10批杀菌止痒洗剂的对照指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰,其相似度均大于0.9。结论:该方法简便、稳定、重复性好,可为杀菌止痒洗剂质量控制提供依据。

Objective： To establish analysis methods for fingerprint of Shajunzhiyang Lotion by HPLC.Methods： A Comatex C18-AA column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-0.04% triethylamine buffer solution（adding phosphoric acid to adjust the pH value to 6.5） as the mobile phase by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.The similarities of the 10 batches of samples were compared by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of CMM Version 2004A.Results： Based on the fingerprints of 10 batches of Shajunzhiyang Lotion,15 common peaks were identified,the similarities were greater than 0.9 among all batches.Conclusion： The method is simple,steady,and repeatable.It provides a basis for the quality control of Shajunzhiyang Lotion.
