摘要
对CT80连续油管用钢分别进行950℃淬火和550℃或650℃回火的调质热处理;通过轴向低循环疲劳试验,对比了不同调质工艺处理后试验钢的疲劳性能,并对断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:淬火温度950℃、回火温度650℃的调质处理工艺能够有效地提高CT80连续油管用钢疲劳性能;其疲劳裂纹起源于试样表面,且呈多源性特征。
The specimens of CT80 grade coiled tube steel were treated at 950 ℃ quenching+ 550 C tempering, and 950℃ quenching+ 650 ℃ tempering, respectively. By tests of axial low cycle fatigue, the fatigue properties of samples after different processes of quenching and tempering were compared. And the fracture morphology was analyzed. The results show that the processing techniques of 950 ℃ quenching and 650℃ tempering can improve the fatigue property of CT80 steel effectively. The fatigue cracks originated from the sample surface and had multi-fatigue source characteristic.
