摘要
介绍了基于三菱FX2N系列PLC实现步进电机控制的方法,由PLC发出脉冲信号和方向信号指令,通过步进驱动器驱动电机,实现步进电动机的精确定位控制。应用于自动化生产线的物料传输和分类仓储单元的控制,具有定位精确、编程简单、参数设置方便等特点。
In this paper, the control method of stepping motor is introduced based on FX2N series PLC. From PLC instructions of pulse and direction signals are given out and the engine is driven by stepping driver to control the accurate positioning of stepping motor. This method is applied in the material transmission and storage system of automatic production line, featured by precise positioning, simple programming and convenient parameter setting, etc.
